Course Structure 1. Learning Outcomes: Each unit contains Learning Outcomes that specify the measurable skills and knowledge students should gain upon completion of the unit. 2. Unit Lesson: Each unit contains a Unit Lesson, which discusses unit material. 3. Reading Assignments: Each unit contains Reading Assignments from one or more chapters from the textbook. Suggested Readings are provided in Unit I-III to aid students in their course of study. Students are encouraged to read the resources listed if the opportunity arises as they have valuable information that expands upon the lesson material. 4. Unit Assessments: This course contains eight Unit Assessments, one to be completed at the end of each unit. Assessments are composed of written response questions. 5. Unit Assignments: Students are required to submit for grading Unit Assignments in each unit. Specific information and instructions regarding these assignments are provided below. CSU Online Library The CSU Online Library is available to support your courses and programs. The online library includes databases, journals, e-books, and research guides. These resources are always accessible and can be reached through the library webpage. To access the library, log into the myCSU Student Portal, and click on “CSU Online Library.” You can also access the CSU Online Library from the “My Library” button on the course menu for each course in Blackboard. The CSU Online Library offers several reference services. You will also identify any gaps in your firm’s qualifications to meet the RFP’s minimum requirements to respond. Phased Project Approach and High-Level Project Plan Outline In this section, you are required to review the Request for Proposal (RFP) respondent’s minimum qualification requirements and assess your firm’s capabilities to respond. Upon review of the scope of work, you will develop a phased approach to the scope of work and build an outline for a high-level project plan. In your plan, you must identify each of the tasks required to accomplish the work of preparing a response to the RFP. You must include a cost estimate for each task and specify the resources required to carry out each task. You must also include an estimate of the expected duration of each task.
