Mathematical relationships are established with at least two variables, but often, they have more variables. When first evaluating a topic or problem, a researcher may think there is a relationship between variables; however, this relationship cannot be verified until a hypothesis is developed and tested by gathering and analyzing data.
Find a mathematical relationship you are interested in studying. Submit a document that includes the following:
-An explanation of why this relationship should be studied
-A statement of what you hope to learn from studying this relationship
-Develop a research question related to the topic that you would like to study in further detail
