It has been 6 months since the implementation and the Holacracy implementation has not gone as planned and it has impacted our bottomline and turnover rates. Additionally, employees are not adjusting to the new structure as smooth as initial projections. I wanted to develop a SWOT analysis to help find the pertinent issues related to Holacracy. The analysis focuses on identifying the external and internal factors that might affect the future performance of any business. The four factors mentioned in a SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats) aim to evaluate the balance between the internal resources and capabilities of the company and external possibilities and threats. This will identify the strategies used for the Holacracy implementation according to the company’s available resources and capabilities, including the environment in which the company operates. It views positive and negative factors both inside and outside the firm, that affects its ability to succeed. The analysis helps the company forecast or predict changing trends that benefit the decision-making process of any organization. I have attached a powerpoint presentation to introduce the SWOT analysis and I hope you consider it to help with the change initiative.
